Hi! My name is Beatriz Silva, aka Bea Rosa, I'm 22 years old and I have a degree in Multimedia from the Escola Superior de Medias Artes e Design. Before going to university, I went to Escola Artística Soares dos Reis in high school, where I made an animation project titled "Creature of Habit", which has already been shown at various festivals.

I love animation, drawing, illustration and any kind of plastic or digital art that involves creating characters, backgrounds, storyboards, etc. I have a particular affinity for 2D animation, but I'm versatile with my ability to adapt to any type of medium used to animate a story. Although I like to explore fiction, I try to represent real and impactful stories with my art, and I strive to have various perspectives, people and lives present in my projects, which seek to explore the mundane and the big things in small acts.

I'm currently working on an animation project called Mona Lisas, a series of animated interviews that explore different themes related to existentialism and memories. Furthermore, I'm currently stationed as a mentor in Cinanima, teaching month-long animation classes to different age groups.
